Lake Louise Campground nabij Lake Louise is opmerkelijk door zijn omheining onder spanning. De elektriciteit op de omheining moet beren op afstand houden. Het kampeerterrein ligt immers in een nauwe zone tussen de bergflank en een rivier en die zone ligt in een groter habitatgebied voor grizzlyberen (en ook zwarte beren komen er voor). Geen voedsel in je tent blijft de boodschap!
De kamping wordt beheerd door "Banff National Park" en is goed onderhouden. Er is plaats voor tenten en kampeerwagens.
