Bergen is een stad en gemeente in de Duitse deelstaat Nedersaksen. De gemeente behoort bestuurlijk tot de Landkreis Celle en telt 13.556 inwoners.
De gemeente bestaat uit de hoofdplaats en bestuurszetel Bergen en 12 overwegend agrarische dorpen daaromheen. Deze zijn hieronder opgesomd. Het getal tussen haakjes is het aan de website van de gemeente ontleende aantal inwoners per 15 februari 2019. Verder is de richting vanuit het centrum van Bergen aangegeven. Sülze ligt bijvoorbeeld ten zuidoosten van Bergen.
