De Immanuelskerk in de Wuppertaler stadswijk Oberbarmen is de voormalige gereformeerde kerk van de wijk Wupperfeld en wordt sinds de secularisatie in 1984 als concertkerk gebruikt.
De Immanuelskerk ontstond als tweede kerk voor de gereformeerde gemeente Barmen-Gemarke, omdat het voorgangerbouw van de huidige Gemarker kerk te klein was geworden voor de enorm groeiende gemeente in het kader van de industrialisatie van Barmen. Uit een bouwwedstrijd in 1866 kwam de Hamburger architect Ernst Heinrich Glüer als winnaar naar voren; de bouw werd volgens zijn plannen uitgevoerd van 1867 tot 1869 en op 27 mei 1869 geopend.
