De Kleine Heckberg is met 348,1 m ü. NHN de hoogste verhoging van de Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis in Noordrijn-Westfalen. Hij ligt in het Bergische Land bij de Overather deelgemeente Federath in het Heckberger Woud.
De Kleine Heckberg verheft zich als westelijke uitloper van de ongeveer 2 km van zijn top verwijderde Heckberg ongeveer 1,2 km ten westsydwesten van het Drielandenpunt van de Rhein-Sieg-Kreis, de Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis en de Oberbergischer Kreis. In het Naturpark Bergisches Land ligt hij ongeveer 6,5 km ten westsydwesten van de kernstad Overath.
