De Pilgerbach in de gemeente Edermünde in de noordhessische Schwalm-Eder-Kreis is een 8,7 km lange, westelijke of linkerzij-invloed op de Eder en haar laatste voor de monding in de Fulda.
De Pilgerbach ontspringt in het natuurpark Habichtswald in de Langenbergen. De bron ligt aan de oostzijde van de 464,8 m hoge Bensberg of aan de noordoostzijde van de iets meer dan 460 m hoge Bilstein, ongeveer 1,5 km ten noordwesten van Besse, een deelgemeente van Edermünde. Het bevindt zich dicht bij de oostelijke bosrand van de Langenbergen op ongeveer 320 m boven NHN.
