Het Lohrer Kasteel, ook wel Kurmainzer Kasteel genoemd, is een monumentaal kasteelcomplex in de onderfrankische stad Lohr am Main in Beieren.
De eerste steen voor het Lohrer Kasteel, dat in 1389 voor het eerst schriftelijk werd vermeld, werd rond 1340 gelegd door graaf Gerhard V. van Rieneck op de noordwestelijke hoek van de oude stad Lohr am Main. Het betrof aanvankelijk slechts een woontoren naar Vlaams model, die sinds het late 15e eeuw omgeven was door een gracht en een muur. Direct daarbij stonden in de nabijheid een bandhuis, een boswachtershuis, een remise en keldergebouwen.
