Het Diakonessenhuis Dessau bevindt zich in de zelfstandige stad Dessau-Roßlau in Saksen-Anhalt. Het huis heeft 165 bedden. In 2010 werden 6333 patiënten opgenomen en 3260 patiënten poliklinisch behandeld.
In 2003 werd het ziekenhuis als een non-profit GmbH afgesplitst van de Anhaltische Diakonissenanstalt. De Diakonessenhuis Dessau non-profit GmbH heeft de volgende aandeelhouders: edia.con non-profit GmbH, de Anhaltische Diakonissenanstalt Dessau en de Ev.-Luth. Diakonissenhuis Leipzig e.V.
