De voormalige evangelische Johanneskirche is een rijksmonument, een geprofaniseerd kerkgebouw in Werl in de Duitse deelstaat Noordrijn-Westfalen, in de Kreis Soest.
De evangelische christenen waren in de 19e eeuw een minderheid in Werl. De gemeente gebruikte voor haar kerkdiensten de kloosterkerk en de kapel op de Gänsevöhde als simultaankerk. Dit leidde echter tot onrust onder de katholieke bevolking. Bij een tumult in de kloosterkerk werd het evangelische kerkmeubilair gestolen en door de stad gedragen.
