De Kressenborn is een als natuurmonument aangewezen karstbron nabij Frankershausen in de Hessische Werra-Meißner-Kreis. Hij voedt, net als de naastgelegen Breitenborn, de Berka-toevoer Bornaibach.
De Kressenborn ligt in het Geo-Natuurpark Frau-Holle-Land ten noorden van het Berkataler dorp Frankershausen, tussen de twee deelgebieden van het natuurgebied Kripp- en Hielöcher, ongeveer 100 m ten westen van de Breitenborn. De afwatering van beide bronnen vormt de Bornaibach, die na ongeveer 200 m de Oberdorfer Mühle en 500 m verderop de Blaumühle bereikt en in Frankershausen in de Berka uitmondt. Het bronwater van de Kressenborn ontspringt onder een vlierstruik, stroomt vervolgens in een opgestuwde kleine kom en kruist een veldweg.
