Het Bahnbetriebswerk Ulm is een spoordepot in de Badem-Württembergse stad Ulm, dat bestaat uit verschillende deeldepots bij het Ulmer hoofd- en rangeerstation. Tegenwoordig is het depot van het Ulmer rangeerstation nog in gebruik, dat als Bw Ulm Rbf wordt aangeduid, en de wagenwerkplaats van het Bw Ulm Hbf in het noorden van het hoofdstation. Twee andere depots bij het Ulmer hoofdstation zijn inmiddels gesloten. Tot 2014 werden de nog aanwezige faciliteiten vervangen door een nieuwe voertuighal bij het rangeerstation.
Het Bw Ulm maakte tot 1920 deel uit van de spoorwegdirectie van de Württembergse Staatseisenbahnen, van 1920 tot 1949 van de Reichsbahndirektion Stuttgart en van 1949 tot 1994 van de Bundesbahndirektion Stuttgart. Het depot wordt beheerd door DB Regio en DB Cargo.
