Die Ifta is een orografisch linker zijrivier van de Werra in Thüringen, Duitsland, die 5,5 km via de Klingenborn, 8,9 km via de Lüderbach en zelfs 11,1 km via de Augraben lang is.
De Klingborn is een sterk watergevende karstbron aan de rand van Ifta. Slechts 100 m ten zuidwesten van deze bron stroomt de Ifta van links samen met de Lüderbach die van de Lüderbach komt, waarlangs de waterweg van de Ifta wordt geleid. 500 meter verderop, ten zuidoosten, bevond zich de Klingbornmühle als eerste graanmolen aan de rivierloop. In de dorpsomgeving komt ook de Augraben van het zuiden samen met de Ifta. Ongeveer 200 m oostelijk van de dorpslocatie bevindt zich de Wehrecke, waar een in de hoge middeleeuwen aangelegde molenloop werd afgetakt naar de graanmolens van Creuzburg. Net onder de Wehrecke volgt tenslotte de Rösselbach.
