De kapel bevindt zich aan het zuidelijke uiteinde van Aitrach, vlakbij de landweg 260, bij de afslag naar de St.-Konradweg. Ze werd in 1935 gebouwd door de metselaarsmeester Reich. Ze heeft hoge spitsbogen. De beschermheilige van de kapel is de heilige Konrad van Parzham. De kapel moest zegen brengen over Reichs bouwbedrijf en zijn familie. Drie van zijn zonen kwamen om in de Tweede Wereldoorlog.
