De heuvel bij Messenkamp is een kleine verdwenen laaglandburcht van het type torenheuvelburcht, die zich nabij Messenkamp in de Landkreis Schaumburg in Nedersaksen bevindt. De tijd van ontstaan van de verdedigingsstructuur wordt rond het jaar 1200 vermoed.
De resten van de kleine mottenstructuur bevinden zich ongeveer 600 meter ten zuiden van Messenkamp in de laagte van de Rodenberger Aue, die ongeveer 100 meter westelijk langs stroomt. Noordelijk wordt de aanleg begrensd door een rechtgetrokken beekloop. De om de heuvel lopende slotgracht is dichtgestort, maar nog als zodanig te herkennen.
