De Annakapel in Gymnich, een deelgemeente van Erftstadt, is een kleine bakstenen kapel die buiten het dorp aan de Kohlstraße staat en gewijd is aan de moeder van Maria, de heilige Anna. Het huidige gebouw werd in 1880 gebouwd en staat onder monumentenzorg. Het gaat echter terug op een gebouw dat waarschijnlijk al in de 16e eeuw op deze plek stond. In de volksmond van Gymnich wordt de kapel vaak alleen het "Hellije Hüsje" genoemd. Aan de kinderen werd verteld dat de kleine kinderen uit deze kapel komen.
