De Invalidenstraße is een straat in Berlijn, Duitsland. Het loopt van oost naar west over 3 kilometer door de wijken Mitte en Moabit. De straat verbond oorspronkelijk drie belangrijke treinstations in het noordelijke stadscentrum: het Stettiner Bahnhof, het Hamburger Bahnhof en het Lehrter Bahnhof, het huidige Berlijn Hauptbahnhof.
De straat werd in de 13e eeuw aangelegd en oorspronkelijk Spandauer Heerweg genoemd. Het werd vernoemd naar een hostel dat in 1748 op bevel van koning Frederik II van Pruisen werd opgericht, het Invalidenhaus, dat de veteranen huisvestte die vochten in de Silezische Oorlogen. Tegenwoordig huisvesten de overgebleven delen van dit gebouw kantoren voor het Federaal Ministerie van Economie. Aan de westelijke Invalidenstraße bevond zich de beruchte Moabit celgevangenis en grote kazernes van de Pruisische Uhlanen.
