Het Oppach is een klein landschapsgebied in de huidige Landkreis Elbe-Elster. Het bestond oorspronkelijk uit verschillende delen, die voornamelijk bedekt waren met eiken en elzen, evenals een moerasgebied.
Het reikte tot de dorpen Würdenhain en Reichenhain, dat aan drie zijden door hem werd omringd. In Würdenhain strekte het zich uit tot aan de lijn Teichwiese - Reichenhainer Weg - Pfaffenweg. In het oosten stuitte het op de Grote Röder, in het westen op de Prieschkaer Lachenhufen en het Kliebingwoud. Het was ongeveer 1700 Morgen groot, 3 km lang en 2 km breed.
