Klosterfelde is een wijk van de gemeente Wandlitz, die voor het eerst in de 13e eeuw schriftelijk werd vermeld. De gemeente behoort tot de Landkreis Barnim in de deelstaat Brandenburg. Tot het jaar 2003 was Klosterfelde een zelfstandige gemeente binnen het Amt Wandlitz. In de Wandlitzer wijk Klosterfelde wonen op 17,36 km² 3204 inwoners, wat overeenkomt met een bevolkingsdichtheid van 184,6 inwoners per km².
Klosterfelde bevindt zich in het noordwestelijke deel van het Barnim-hoogland, in het zogenaamde Niederbarnim. Het hoogste punt met 64,7 meter boven normaal gemiddelde zeespiegel ligt in de buurt van de oostelijke grens van de wijk naar Prenden aan de oostkant van de Seeger-wijk. Met 39 meter boven NHN is het oppervlak van het Groote Lottschesee aan de noordgrens het laagste punt van de plaats. De hoogte van het dorpscentrum bij de kerk bedraagt 49 meter boven NHN.
