Het jachtslot Fürstenwalde is een barokgebouw in de stad Fürstenwalde/Spree. Het kasteel, gelegen nabij de Spree, werd gebouwd voor koning Friedrich I van Pruisen.
Friedrich I liet het kasteel tussen 1699 en 1700 bouwen door de toenmalige hofarchitect Martin Grünberg. Deze was onder meer ook belast met de verbouwing van het jachtslot Grunewald. Naast het kasteel zelf werden ook diverse bijgebouwen zoals een visserhuisje, een laan, een karpervijver en een lusttuin aangelegd. Het kasteel moest worden gebruikt voor jachten en als startpunt voor bezoeken aan de goederen in Golzow.
