De Diakonie Stetten, voorheen Anstalt Stetten, is een instelling van de diakonie van de evangelische kerken met als zetel het dorp Stetten in het Remstal, onderdeel van de gemeente Kernen im Remstal in de Rems-Murr-Kreis nabij Stuttgart.
De Diakonie Stetten is ontstaan uit de in 1849 door de Tübinger arts Georg Friedrich Müller in Riet bij Vaihingen/Enz opgericht geneeskundige en verzorgingsinstelling voor zwakzinnige kinderen met drie gehandicapte kinderen. In 1851 verhuisde men om plaatsredenen naar Winterbach. Nadat ook daar de ruimte te krap werd door de stijgende aantallen bewoners, regelde Müllers schoonzoon Johannes Landenberger in 1863 de aankoop van het leegstaande kasteel Stetten van het Württembergse koningshuis. In 1864 opende de geneeskundige en verzorgingsinstelling voor epileptici en zwakzinnigen in het Stettener kasteel.
