Het Jenisch-Haus is een monumentaal patriciërshuis op het Kirchplatz van de St.-Mang-Kirche. Het huis met het hoge zadeldak op St.-Mang-Platz 1 grenst direct aan het Rode Huis, dat ook toebehoorde aan de familie Jenisch.
Het Jenisch-Haus dateert uit de 17e eeuw en heeft vier verdiepingen. Het huis dat aan het begin van de 18e eeuw door Johann Jacob von Jennisch werd gekocht, werd in 1760 van binnen verbouwd. De trapgevel werd in de 19e eeuw vervangen door een volutengevel. Vanaf de jaren 1959/60 werd het Jenisch-Haus volledig ontdaan van zijn binnenwerk tijdens de stadsvernieuwing. Daarbij bleven alleen de buitenmuren behouden. Bij deze bouwwerkzaamheden werd ook een portaal uit de middellijn zijwaarts verplaatst.
