De voormalige synagoge in Lohr am Main, een stad in de onderfrankische Landkreis Main-Spessart in Beieren, werd ingericht in een huis dat in 1732 werd gebouwd. De geprofane synagoge aan de Fischergasse 32 is een beschermd monument.
Op 18 november 1871 werd de synagoge samen met het gemeenschapscentrum ingewijd door districtsravijn Abraham Adler uit Aschaffenburg. Tijdens het novemberpogrom van 1938 werden de inrichting en de rituelen van de synagoge verwoest door SA-mannen. De ramen werden gesneuveld, meubels en rituelen werden verwoest en vijf Torah-rollen werden in stukken gerukt. Na 1945 werd het gebouw omgebouwd tot een woonhuis.
