De Gerbermühle in Frankfurt am Main, stadsdeel Oberrad, is een gebouw aan de oostrand van de stad, direct aan de linker Maasoever nabij de dam in Offenbach gelegen in het stadsdeel Kaiserlei en tegenover de Frankfurter Oosthaven. Waarschijnlijk rond 1520 aan de oever van de Weschbach gebouwd, diende het oorspronkelijk om graan te malen; sinds het begin van de 20e eeuw is het als restaurant een populair uitje. De Gerbermühle staat vanwege zijn literatuurhistorische betekenis, die het verwierf door de bezoeken van Johann Wolfgang von Goethe in de jaren 1814 en 1815, als cultureel monument onder monumentenzorg van de deelstaat Hessen.
