De Donau-Iller-Lech-plaat, ook wel de Oberschwäbische Hoogvlakte genoemd, is een natuurgebied van de 3e orde in de Alpenrand.
Het strekt zich uit van de bovenloop van de Donau naar het zuiden tot aan het subalpiene jongmorenenland en bestaat voor het grootste deel uit grindterrassen, die zijn afgezet door zijrivieren van de Donau in het Pleistoceen en later gedeeltelijk zijn geërodeerd. De plaat vormt een driehoek van ongeveer 5000 km² met Sigmaringen in het westen, waarvan de oostgrens van Donauwörth via Augsburg tot Kaufbeuren loopt.
