De sluis Voßwinkel is een botslus aan het Kammerkanaal, een deeltraject van de Hoge Havel-waterweg. Het ligt in de wijk Voßwinkel van de gemeente Userin, in het zuiden van de Landkreis Mecklenburgische Seenplatte.
De sluis werd in 1840 gebouwd volgens de Finowmaat en in 1960 vervangen door een nieuwbouw. Het compenseert het waterpeil tussen het Woblitzmeer en het Zierkermeer en moet op de rijkswaterweg naar Neustrelitz worden gepasseerd. De sluiskamer is 43,15 m lang, 5,34 m breed en wordt afgesloten met hefbomen. Het sluizenwachtershuis maakt deel uit van de monumentale gebouwen van de gemeente.
