Het natuurreservaat Krickenbecker Seen en Kleine De Wittsee ligt op het grondgebied van de stad Nettetal in de Kreis Viersen in Noordrijn-Westfalen.
Het ongeveer 718,7 hectare grote gebied, dat in 2006 onder bescherming is gesteld, strekt zich uit ten oosten van Leuth, een stadsdeel van Nettetal, direct langs de aan de westelijke rand lopende Bundesstraße 221. Het omvat de Krickenbecker Seen en de Kleine De-Witt-See. In het zuidelijke gedeelte kruist de Landesstraße 373 het gebied. Westelijk loopt de staatsgrens naar Nederland en zuidwestelijk de Bundesautobahn 61. De Nette stroomt door het gebied in zijn volle lengte.
