Het klooster Marienthal was van 1291 tot 1539 een klooster van de cisterciënzers in Eckartsberga in Saksen-Anhalt. Het mag niet verward worden met de talrijke kloosters met dezelfde naam.
Bruno van Langenbogen, bisschop van Naumburg, stichtte in 1291 nabij de stad Eckartsberga het nonnenklooster Marienthal. In 1525 verlieten de cisterciënzers het klooster. In 1535 werd het nog slechts bewoond door één non en in 1539 officieel opgeheven. In handen van verschillende eigenaars raakten de gebouwen in verval. De familie Münchhausen liet het klooster afbreken. In de directe nabijheid werd in 1730 het kasteel Marienthal gebouwd.
