Findlos is een dorp dat al sinds de 19e eeuw onderdeel is van Batten, een hedendaags deel van de marktgemeente Hilders in de Landkreis Fulda in Hessen in de Rhön.
Findlos ligt op ongeveer 470 m boven NAP ten zuidwesten van Batten en ten noordoosten van Wickers, direct ten noorden van de Bundesstraße 458, die bij Batten in de Bundesstraße 278 uitmondt. De stroomafwaarts aan de linkerkant gelegen zijrivier Brandbach, die oostelijk in de Ulster uitmondt, kruist bij Findlos de B 458. In klokrichting liggen ten noorden Hilders, ten oosten Batten, ten zuidoosten Thaiden, ten zuidwesten Wickers en ten westen de markante Findloser Berg op 636 m boven NAP rond het dorp.
