Het hunebed van Issendorf was een megalitische grafmonument uit de jongste stenen tijdperk Trechterbekercultuur bij Issendorf, een deelgemeente van Harsefeld in de Landkreis Stade. Het werd in 1741 vernietigd, maar kon daarvoor nog worden onderzocht.
Volgens Martin Mushard bevond het graf zich ten noordoosten van Issendorf, "ongeveer twee schotwegen". Het lag direct naast een Saksische urnenbegraafplaats, die zich ten noorden en westen van het graf uitstrekte. In de directe omgeving zijn er nog verschillende bewaarde hunebedden. 1,1 km oostelijk liggen de hunebedden van Daudieck, 3,3 km westelijk ligt het hunebed van Ohrensen.
