Het natuurreservaat Lippeaue van Stockum tot Werne ligt op het grondgebied van de steden Bergkamen en Werne in de Kreis Unna in Noordrijn-Westfalen.
Het ongeveer 188 ha grote gebied werd in 2007 onder de sleutelnummer UN-056 onder bescherming gesteld. Het strekt zich uit ten zuidoosten en oosten van de kernstad Werne en ten zuiden van Stockum, een stadsdeel van Werne, langs de Lippe. Niet ver ten zuiden stroomt het Datteln-Hamm-kanaal, iets verder naar het zuiden loopt de provinciale weg L 736.
