De laaglanden van de Zuid- en Middenradde en de Marka zijn een vogelbeschermingsgebied in de Niedersaksische stad Löningen en de gemeenten Molbergen, Lindern en Lastrup in de Landkreis Cloppenburg en de stad Werlte en de gemeenten Vrees, Lahn, Lähden en Herzlake in de Landkreis Emsland.
Het vogelbeschermingsgebied is ongeveer 4377 hectare groot. Een deel van het vogelbeschermingsgebied overlapt met het FFH-gebied "Markatal met Bockholter Dose". Het in de Landkreis Emsland gelegen natuurgebied "Bockholter Dose" ligt net als het in de Landkreis Cloppenburg gelegen natuurgebied "Oberlauf der Marka / Mittelradde" binnen het vogelbeschermingsgebied. Het overige, ongeveer 1770 hectare grote deel van het vogelbeschermingsgebied in de Landkreis Emsland is sinds 2008 aangewezen als landschap beschermingsgebied "Mittelradde – Marka – Südradde", dat in totaal ongeveer 1777 hectare beslaat. De verantwoordelijke lagere natuurbeheersautoriteiten zijn de landkreisen Cloppenburg en Emsland.
