Appartement op de 1e verdieping van een kleine residentie in het hart van Ciboure, ideaal gelegen op een steenworp afstand van het stadscentrum en de winkels. De gîte bestaat uit een grote woonkamer met open keuken (inductiekookplaat, koelkast met vriesvak, vaatwasser, magnetron, oven, wasmachine, wasdroger), zithoek met televisie, 2 slaapkamers (1 tweepersoonsbed (160 cm), 2 aparte bedden (80 cm)), doucheruimte, wc.
Een klein terras is beschikbaar voor lunches in de buitenlucht.
Beveiligde privéparkeerplaats met elektrische poort. Ingangstelefoon.
De bedden zijn opgemaakt bij aankomst en het huishoudlinnen is inbegrepen. Handdoeken kunnen gehuurd worden (€5/persoon). Verwarming is inbegrepen.
Dit comfortabele, ruime en lichte appartement is volledig gerenoveerd in 2023.
Golf de la nivelle in Ciboure op 1,5 km, Golf de Chantaco in St Jean-de-Luz op 3,5 km.
