Op het hoogste punt van de Deux-Sèvres, in de Gâtine, ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers. Van hieruit kunt u wandelen of fietsen en vele festivals bijwonen: het wildfestival in Parthenay (FLIP in juli), het wildfilmfestival in Ménigoute (FIFO in oktober) of het festival "Jazz beats the countryside" (de hele zomer). Op ongeveer een uur rijden liggen de Futuroscope, de Puy du Fou, het Marais Poitevin, La Rochelle en de stranden van de Vendée... U kunt hier ook heerlijk ontspannen! De buren zijn erg aardig en bieden u een workshop Raku aardewerk en een paramotorvlucht over het gebied aan.
