Gelegen in het hart van de Périgord Blanc, is de gite ideaal voor een rustig samenzijn met vrienden of familie. Hij is volledig uitgerust (serviesgoed, tafels, stoelen, bedden, enz...) voor 15 personen, zowel binnen als buiten. Er is voor elk wat wils: het zwembad aan de achterkant van het huis (uitgerust met een alarm), de tafeltennistafel, het portiek (alles gelegen in een park van een hectare), de wandelingen in de buurt of de bezoeken van deze prachtige streek (15 minuten van Périgueux). Het is een oud Périgourdine huis, daterend uit 1673 voor de eerste gebouwen. Het interieur van het huis is ingericht met oud gerestaureerd familiemeubilair; het beddengoed is zeer recent.
