Vanuit Jausiers fiets je naar Barcelonette, en dan is het 26 km klimmen naar de top van de prachtige Col de la Cayolle. Je daalt 20km af en daarna fiets je (hoofdzakelijk in dalende richting) door de prachtige Gorges de Daluis, een kloof met rode rotsen. Vervolgens beklim je de Col de Toutes Aures (met de top op 1124 meter hoogte) en daal je af naar het Lac de Castillon en verder naar Castellane. De accommodatie is een camping net iets buiten Castellane: Camping La Ferme de Castellane.
Geschat aantal hoogtemeters (op basis van garminconnect): 1950 meter.
