Op de Berggasse, 19, in Wenen, woonde Sigmund Freud. Op 82 jarige leeftijd werd Sigmund Freud lastig gevallen door de Weense Jodenhaters. Op 4 juni 1938 kreeg hij toestemming om de stad te verlaten en verhuisde hij naar Londen, naar de Maresfield Gardens, 20. Daar zou hij een jaar later sterven. Zijn laatste woonplaats is nu een museum. Het is ook hier dat je zijn beroemde sofa kunt zien.
