Deze Groene weg voert wandelaars en fietsers langs de lijn van de oude spoorlijn tussen Westport en Achill Island. Onderweg passeer je de mooie dorpjes Newport en Mulranny en geniet je van spectaculaire uitzichten op Croagh Patrick en Clew Bay. Je kunt ook beginnen bij het Achill Island Hotel (Ostan Oilean Acla) en het pad in de tegenovergestelde richting doen.
