Hafling is een gemeente in de Italiaanse provincie Zuid-Tirol en telt 721 inwoners . De oppervlakte bedraagt 27 km², de bevolkingsdichtheid is 27 inwoners per km². Het herkenningsteken is de St. Catharina-kerk uit de 13e eeuw.
De paardenrassen haflinger en avelignese zijn naar deze plaats vernoemd, en naar het haflingerras is de Haflinger-terreinauto vernoemd. De autobezitters houden hier jaarlijks een ontmoeting.
