De Bedolina Kaart is een van de oudste gekende kaarten. Het is uitgehouwen in de rots van de bergen van Val Camonica. Na de laatste ijstijd, 15.000 jaar geleden, begonnen de mensen in deze vallei te leven. Ze lieten zo'n 300.000 rotstekeningen achter. Dit is het grootste centrum van rotskunst in Europa.
