San Leopardo is een rooms-katholieke kerk in Osimo in de Italiaanse regio Marche. De concatedral van het aartsbisdom Ancona-Osimo heeft de titel van een Basilica minor en is gewijd aan bisschop Leopardus. Uitgaande van de onzekere kerk van Leopardus uit de 5e eeuw, werd de kathedraal van het bisdom Osimo in de 13e eeuw gebouwd als een romaanse kerk, die later in gotische stijl werd heringericht. Verdere ingrepen vonden plaats tot in de 20e eeuw. De Duomo San Leopardo is aangemerkt als een Italiaans nationaal monument.
