Het station van Omegna is een spoorwegstation aan de lijn Domodossola-Novara dat dient voor de gelijknamige gemeente.
Het station werd geopend op 30 april 1887, met de opening van het traject Orta-Gravellona Toce, een vervolg op de spoorlijn die uit Novara komt, met al een project voor een voortzetting naar Domodossola, die het jaar daarop in gebruik werd genomen.
