De Santi Aquila e Priscilla is een kerk in Rome, gelegen aan de via Pietro Blaserna in de wijk Portuenze. De kerk is gewijd aan de heiligen Aquila en Priscilla, volgens het Nieuwe Testament helpers van de heilige apostel Paulus.
De kerk werd in 1992 opgeleverd en is gebouwd naar een ontwerp van de Italiaanse architect Ignazio Breccia Fratadocchi. De kerk werd nog datzelfde jaar gewijd door paus Johannes Paulus II. De gelijknamige parochie was in 1971, met het decreet Neminmem fugit opgericht door kardinaal-vicaris Angelo Dell'Acqua.
