Het Angelo Masini Gemeentetheater is een theater in Faenza, gelegen aan piazza Nenni, 3. Ontworpen door Giuseppe Pistocchi en gedecoreerd door Felice Giani, inclusief de standbeelden en reliëfs van Antonio Trentanove, is het een meesterwerk van neoclassicistische architectuur.
In de tweede helft van de 18e eeuw vonden de theatrale voorstellingen in Faenza plaats in een zaal van het 15e-eeuwse Palazzo del podestà. Aangezien de houten structuur die als theater was ingericht inmiddels in verval was geraakt, werd besloten tot de bouw van een nieuw gebouw. Er werd een terrein achter het gemeentehuis aangewezen.
