Napoli Centrale is het hoofdstation in de stad Napels en in Zuid-Italië en het zesde grootste station in Italië in termen van passagiersverkeer met een jaarlijks aantal reizigers van 50 miljoen. Het is gelegen naast Piazza Garibaldi, ten oosten van de oude stad. Het is het primaire spoorwegterminaal en station voor Napels, en bedient de nationale spoorwegen van Trenitalia en EAV. Dit heeft een ondergrondse sectie genaamd Stazione di Napoli Piazza Garibaldi, die wordt bediend door de metronetreinen van lijn 2, lijn 1, en de lijnen 3, 12, 14, en 15 van EAV Circumvesuviana, die toegankelijk is via 2 ingangen binnen het Centrale station, 1 buiten in glas, en van het nieuwe Garibaldi-plein.
