De Basiliek van het Heilig Graf is een Rooms-Katholieke kerk in Barletta, Apulië. De kerk van het aartsbisdom Trani-Barletta-Bisceglie heeft de titel van een basilica minor. Het patrocinium van het Heilig Graf toont de nauwe band met het Heilige Land en het graf van Christus. Ze werd aan het einde van de 12e eeuw in gotisch-burgondische vormen gebouwd.
