Monte San Valentino, ook onterecht bekend als Monte Parioli, is een heuvel in Rome, aan de rechterzijde van de Tiber, die 98 m boven zeeniveau reikt; samen met Monte Cacciarello vormt het de Monti Parioli.
Het ligt in het noordwestelijke gedeelte van de stad, binnen het Municipio II.
