De Ausa is een kleine rivier van ongeveer 17 kilometer lang die een deel van het noorden van San Marino en Emilia–Romagna in Italië doorkruist. De bron van de rivier bevindt zich op de Monte Titano in centraal San Marino. De rivier stroomt noordwest langs Serravalle en kruist de grens naar de Italiaanse provincie Rimini in de buurt van Dogana. De rivier blijft verder naar het noordoosten stromen en wordt afgevoerd via regenwaterafvoeren in Rimini voordat hij uitmondt in de Marecchia. Het is het laagste punt van San Marino, op 55 meter boven zeeniveau, op het punt waar het het land verlaat.
