De Kerk van de Vlucht naar Egypte is een rooms-katholieke kerk gelegen aan de Valletta Waterfront in Floriana, Malta. De kerk werd in de 18e eeuw gebouwd volgens het barokke ontwerp van Andrea Belli voor de spirituele dienst van de arbeiders bij de Pinto Stores. De kerk werd in 1941 getroffen door luchtaanvallen tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog en werd daarna in 1989 gerestaureerd, maar bleef ongeconsecreerd. In 2006 werd het opnieuw geopend voor kerkdiensten, samen met de Valletta Waterfront. De huidige rector is Paul Attard.
