Kasteel Mheer ligt aan de Dorpsstraat in de kern van het gelijknamige dorp Mheer, in de Limburgse gemeente Margraten.
Het kasteel bestond al in de veertiende eeuw. In 1314 werd het vermeld als 'stenen huis'. Het muurwerk in vuursteen en gelegd in een visgraatverband doet zelfs denken aan de negende eeuw.
Het kasteelcomplex bestaat uit een viervleugig slot en een U-vormige nederhof. Sinds 1668 is kasteel Mheer nu al onafgebroken bewoond door de familie de Loè.
