Den Eyck is een voormalig kasteel bij Haarzuilens, gemeente Utrecht in de Nederlandse provincie Utrecht.
In 1536 werd het voor het eerst vermeld als het goed verpacht wordt aan Hendrik van Ravenswaay. Het bleef in de familie van Ravenswaay tot 1700, toen de laatste erfgenaam stierf. Daarna kende het nog verscheidene eigenaren.
