Phet Kasem Road in Na Kha Subdistrict van het Suk Samran District in de provincie Ranong. Phet Kasem Road of Thailand Route 4 is een van de vier belangrijkste snelwegen in Thailand, samen met Phahonyothin Road (Route 1), Mittraphap Road (Route 2) en Sukhumvit Road (Route 3). Met 1.274 km is het de langste snelweg in Thailand. Het begint bij de Naowa Chamnianbrug in Bangkok Yai, Bangkok. Het is vernoemd naar Luang Phet Kasemwithisawasdi, de zevende directeur-generaal van de Afdeling Snelwegen. De provincies langs de weg zijn Samut Sakhon, Nakhon Pathom, Ratchaburi, Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Ranong, Surat Thani, Phang Nga, Krabi, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Trang, Phatthalung en Songkhla, verbonden met de Noord-Zuid Snelweg (NSE) van Maleisië bij de Sadao-pas en de Bukit Kayu Hitam-pas. Drie secties van de snelweg zijn ook de Asian Highway AH2: Van Nakhon Pathom naar Chumphon; Van Phatthalung naar Ban Khu Ha en van Hat Yai naar de grens met Maleisië, waar het aansluit op de Noord-Zuid Snelweg (Maleisië).
